School of nursing, Tellicherry, co-operative Hospital was established in 1999 and successfully completed eight solid years. We offer diploma in General nursing & Midwifery course with the aim of imparting high level knowledge and with the view to create commitment towards service of mankind. After completion of course every student is awarded Diploma certificate by Kerala Nurses & Midwives Council.
The annual intake of students is 20 and currently we have 3 batches of students with a total of 60 the students are admitted to the course as per norms 7 eligibility criteria put forth by Indian Nursing Council.
Hostel Facility:
We have a separate hostel close to our hospital.

We have adequately sized class rooms, Seminar hall, Library, computer lab, demonstration lab, AV-aid rooms, Community lab Staff room Nutrition room etc.
Clinical Facility:
Mainly our students utilize the clinical facilities of present hospital. For Midwifery clinical experience we send students to Govt General Hospital, Thalasserry. And utilizes primary health centre Dharmadam for community health experience. For psychiatric Nursing we utilize clinical facilities of Govt. Mental Health Centre Kuthiravattum, Kozhikkode.

The students are admitted to the course as per marks obtained in plus two or equivalent examination with science as main subject.
